Ted’s Pools built our concrete swimming pool spring 2023. We have worked with many contractors over the years. They were the best at communicating and
educating us. The quality of their work was outstanding. More importantly they were committed to walking us through every step of the process. They texted me every day to update me on the days schedule. They beat the deadline and had no extra charges. Both my wife and I were very pleased. They wanted the experience to be as easy as possible and for us to get exactly what we wanted. I have no reservations in referring them. We had been told a number of horror stories by neighbors about pool companies.  But Ted’s lived up to all their promises and we love the final product.  Joe and Carol are hardworking, truthful people who are in this to please their customers.

I firmly believe you will be very satisfied if you select Ted’s Pools to handle your future pool construction project.  Our experience working with Ted’s Pools was a very positive, professional process from start to finish.  Our pool project was a new install which began in the Spring of 2023 and was completed in October 2023.  The entire construction process was flawless, no backorders, no delays, no hidden surprises.  What Joe Perchetti initially quoted was exactly what we paid, other than a few additions we intentionally added on our own.  Joe and his wife Carol are excellent to work with.  Amanda in their Customer Service department is incredibly organized, polite and efficient.  The construction team they have working for them, especially their head foreman Steve Nauta are very experienced, very professional and know what they are doing.  Lastly Joe Perchetti has pictures of our finished pool project that I am sure he can easily forward to you. Last Summer (2024) we had our first full season with our pool and it operated flawlessly from May until October.
